7. Terms & conditions of contest
To be eligible, contestants must be aged 18-35 and under 168 cm in height. Applicants should be single, unmarried, and without children. They must hold a valid passport and either be born in the UK or have UK residency. Additionally, contestants should have never posed topless or nude and must not have any negative background history.
7.1 Entry Requirements
To enter Miss Petite Global UK, contestants must complete and submit the official application form by the specified deadline. The organiser is not responsible for any personal expenses incurred during participation in the competition.

7.6 Code of Conduct
All delegates must maintain a positive reputation that reflects well on the Miss Petite Global UK title, the organisation, and its affiliates. Participants are expected to uphold high standards of integrity and moral character, ensuring their actions do not harm the image of the pageant, its sponsors or representatives. Delegates must confirm they have not, or will not engage in activities or create content, such as nude or inappropriate imagery, that could bring the title or organisation into disrepute at any stage before, during or after the competition, including their reign. Professionalism, respect and courtesy must be demonstrated by delegates throughout the competition and during any activities associated with representing their title.
7.7 Gender Policy
All entrants must legally identify as female.
7.8 Conduct and Communications Policy
Delegates must treat all staff, judges, contestants, and anyone associated with the Miss Petite Global UK organisation, with respect and professionalism. Making defamatory statements, whether verbal or written, about the pageant, its organisers, or affiliates is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification, loss of any titles, awards, prizes and potential legal action. Delegates are also prohibited from posting harmful or defamatory comments on social media, public forums, or any other platforms. Any such action will lead to immediate removal from the competition.
7.9 Prizes and Responsibilities
The winner of Miss Petite Global UK will receive the following:
a) Return flights from the UK to to the host country, covered by the organisation. The responsibility for arranging travel, handling disputes or addressing issues such as lost goods lie solely with the delegate.
b) Paid entry into the international Miss Petite Global competition.
In the event the international competition is cancelled, the prizes, including flights, accommodation and entry fees are not transferable to another event. Delegates accept that PetiteGlobalUK Ltd is not liable for any costs arising from such cancellations.
7.10 Terms and Conditions
As a winner of Miss Petite Global UK, the delegate agrees to the following:
a) The winner must not compete in any other regional, national or international pageant without prior written consent from PetiteGlobalUK Ltd. Participation in additional contests is restricted until the international finals have concluded.
b) A contract will be signed by the winner outlining the expectations for conduct, appearances and work commitments, including modelling, television and film projects carried out on behalf of Petite Global UK Ltd during their reign.
c) Petite Global UK Ltd will deduct 20% commission (plus VAT if applicable) from the gross fee of any paid assignment that has been booked and arranged through the organisation.
d) All questions or concerns relating to rules, preparation, rehearsals, performances or any other aspects of the competition must be directed to Miss Petite Global UK (organised by Petite Global UK Ltd).
e) PetiteGlobalUK Ltd, along with its staff and representatives cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries or thefts that occur during the Miss Petite Global UK finals or while travelling to and from the event.
f) PetiteGlobalUK is not liable for any negligence, misconduct, fraudulent behaviour by sponsors, judges, or third-party providers such as photographers or videographers, involved in the UK or international competitions.
g) The organisation does not take responsibility for any issues, negligence or misconduct relating to the host hotel or accommodation provider.
h) Once prizes, awards or gifts are received by the delegate, all liability for loss, damage and theft passes to the recipient. The delegate agrees to bear any costs associated with the repair or replacement of items such as the sash, crowns, trophies, or other awards.
i) Dates and venues for Miss Petite Global UK may change, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
j) Prizes offered by sponsors are managed solely by those sponsors. PetiteGlobalUK LTD is not responsible for sponsors failing to deliver promised prizes.
k) The planning and organisation of the international finals, including location and scheduling, are the responsibility of the international pageant organisers. PetiteGlobalUK Ltd is not liable for changes or issues with these events.
l) Should the delegate win both Miss Petite Global UK and the international competition, a new agreement with PetiteGlobalUK Ltd will be required to reflect additional obligations.
m) In the event that the winner is unable to fulfil her obligations or attend the international competition for any reason, the 1st runner up will be offered the opportunity to represent Miss Petite Global UK at the international finals. The 1st runner up must meet all eligibility criteria and agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth by PetiteGlobalUK Ltd.
7.11 Refund Policy
All payments made to PetiteGlobalUK Ltd, including entry fees, advertising fees, admission ticket sales, guest meal fees and any other charges, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all fees paid by delegates, sponsors, advertisers and any other individuals involved. No exceptions will be made.
7.12 Photography and Videography
Delegates grant PetiteGlobalUK Ltd the right to use photography and videography captured during the Miss Petite Global UK final. This includes the use of images and videos for online platforms, websites, printed materials and for any events leading up to and including the Miss Petite Global UK final.
7.13 Agreement
The entrant for Miss Petite Global UK agrees to adhere to the rules and regulations outlined above. If the entrant fails to comply with these rules or acts in a manner that brings PetiteGlobalUK Ltd into disrepute, as determined by the discretion of the Director, PetiteGlobalUK Ltd reserves the rights to immediately terminate the entrants contract. This includes reclaiming the sash and authorising the removal of any photos featuring the Miss Petite Global UK sash and crown. By submitting the entry form and associated fees to PetiteGlobalUK Ltd, the delegate agrees to follow all policies, rules and regulations set forth by the organisation.
8. Termination of use
We may, in our sole discretion, at any time modify or discontinue access to, temporarily or permanently, the website or any Service thereon. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance of your access to, or use of, the website or any content that you may have shared on the website. You will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment, even if certain features, settings, and/or any Content you have contributed or have come to rely on, are permanently lost.
