Empowering Petite Women - The Story Behind Miss Petite Global UK

Celebrating sisterhood, self-belief and opportunity through elegance and glamour, Miss Petite Global UK was born from one woman’s vision to celebrate petite women and give them a stage that truly recognises their confidence, beauty and individuality.

In 2024, Emily Harrison travelled solo and self-directed to Malaysia to compete internationally, where she proudly represented the UK and made history winning the first-ever European title at Miss Petite Global International.

Returning home inspired, Emily brought petite pageantry back to the UK and founded Miss Petite Global UK (MPGUK), creating a national platform that empowers women 5’6” (168 cm) and under to embrace their power, purpose and presence.

Since its launch, MPGUK has grown to include both a Petite division and a Teen section, giving young women the opportunity to build confidence from an early age.
In 2025, the very first national final took place, where Charlotte Core was crowned the inaugural Miss Petite Global UK winner, marking the beginning of a powerful new era for petite women across the nation.

Miss Petite Global UK continues to stand as a beacon of empowerment, encouraging women to dream big, no matter their height. Miss Petite Global UK isn’t just a pageant; it’s a movement built on empowerment, inclusivity and confidence. Emily’s goal is to continue showing women that size never determines strength - passion, courage and kindness do. The MPGUK platform empowers petite women to shine in their own right, celebrate their individuality and share their stories with confidence.

Meet The Director

Hi, I’m Emily Harrison — founder and national director of Miss Petite Global UK, international titleholder, and proud advocate for women’s empowerment.

After winning my first international crown in Malaysia, I was inspired to create opportunities for other petite women to achieve their dreams and experience that same sense of empowerment. My journey has been shaped by resilience, purpose, and a genuine love for helping others find their confidence.

Alongside running MPGUK, I also founded Forever Lotti, a charity initiative dedicated to raising awareness and support for families affected by stillbirth and neonatal loss, in memory of my sister. I also launched The Petite Dreams Project, an empowerment platform designed to help women and mothers build confidence and community through creative projects and campaigns. I combine my passion for pageantry with my background in business, music and charity work, founding both Forever Lotti (in memory of her stillborn sister) and Petite Dreams Project — initiatives dedicated to empowering women and supporting neonatal causes.

Everything I do is guided by one simple belief: you don’t have to be tall to stand tall.
